Description
The Piedro Joslin Swathe is an immobiliser strap designed to gently hold the arm against the body. Used with the Ultimate Arm Sling or any universal sling, it creates a comfortably secure, low-impact immobilising system. Available in adult and child sizes.
Made of lightweight fabric with a hook-and-loop fastener, it adjusts and secures to any length in seconds, is latex free and machine washable. This is an additional accessory — please order in addition to the Joslin Ultimate Arm Sling.
Two sizes available
Model 50501 (Adult) – 50" / 127cm length, suits 90–225 lbs.
Model 50601 (Child) – 34" / 86cm length, suits 50–90 lbs.
Indicated for
Rotator cuff repair, shoulder girdle fracture, dislocation, subluxation, multi-directional instability and adhesive capsulitis release. This is an add-on — order alongside your arm sling and refer to the size guide for correct fit.
Materials used
- Outer material: Made with Blent Fabric, a blend of natural (cotton) and synthetic (polyester) fibers, offering a soft, breathable feel that is gentle on the skin during extended wear. No animal-derived materials have been used in the manufacture of these orthotic supports (or any other).
- Straps & fastenings: Fully adjustable straps with secure hook-and-loop closures, allowing a customised fit and easy one-handed adjustment.
- Padding: Soft internal padding at contact points to prevent pressure and irritation around the neck and shoulder area.
