How Our Repair Service Works
Simply place your order with us online, then securely package and send your footwear to us in Hinckley.
Once your footwear arrives, our expert team will carefully carry out the selected repairs before securely packaging and returning your footwear to you.
We use secure, tracked shipping methods throughout the process, helping ensure your footwear reaches us safely and makes its way back to you once the repair is complete.
Most repairs are completed within 5–10 working days from receipt of your footwear.
